I've always been a fan of Cafe Joelle when it was on Main Street. The new location is sophisticated and inviting. Dined with family there recently and we all had amazing appetizers and dinners! The chicken bruschetta, chicken francaise, apple & brie salad and penne ala vodka were delicious. The wait staff was friendly, polite and helpful as well. For a truly wonderful dining experience please visit their new location on Foster Avenue in Sayville. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Linda H.

I love their food . I haven't been to the new location, but I hear the menu is the same. I have had their Salmon with mashed potatoes, , for me it's good for 2 meals . I also like their calamari that is sautéed with tomatoes , it's great to eat it there with bread . It's an appetizer, but for me is good enough for a meal . Their wasabi calamari is good too , a mild spice oriental type flavor . Love their Rubens ..The food is good quality food .

The Reuben from Cafe Joelle might be in competition for the best Reuben on Long Island. Besides the food and the drinks, the atmosphere is very nice. I would give this establishment a very stong 9.1.

Talk about a hidden gem! I've never heard of this place until I saw it on Instagram and wow was I impressed. First of all, it's beautiful, bright and clean inside and they have a cute little lounge area in case you have to wait for a table, which we did so I snagged an apple dacks from the bar. It was so amazing, my friends and I ordered another round at the table. We split the mozzarella triangles, bruschetta and bacon wrapped shrimp for apps and the chicken Jules, burrata pasta ala vodka and almond crusted chicken salad for entrees and the chocolate bag for dessert. Everything was amazing. The bacon and shrimp was slightly overcooked but everything was so flavorful and portions were decent sized. The bruschetta was my favorite and I prob wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't see it on Instagram-highly recommend! The salad was actually very good too, the chicken was crispy, not greasy and the dressing was light and sweet. I didn't love the dessert options, they were out of the one thing we wanted so we went with the chocolate bag with white chocolate mousse. It was meh, coulda done without it. Also ended the night with an espresso martini. Service was ok. I'll def come again!

Easily one of the best meals I've had in a long time and definitely one of the best restaurants on Long Island. The space is modern, clean and the tables are wide and spacious. Between our group of 3 we had the house made mozzarella sticks, bacon wrapped shrimp and bruschetta as apps and one was better than the next. For our meal we split the two almond crusted chicken salad, burrata ala vodka and the chicken Jules. Again, one thing was better than the next. To be honest the salad was out of this world. The chicken was crispy, lettuce perfectly dressed and the pears and bleu cheese were such a great compliment to the whole thing. I'm still thinking about it! For dessert we shared the chocolate bag which was decadent and delicious. The white chocolate mousse inside was amazing. We were bummed when they were out of the PB brownie but this definitely made up for it. As for drinks I highly recommend the apple dacks. INCREDIBLE. And the espresso martini was top notch. Sayville is a bit of a drive from where I live but it's worth it to come and eat here. I can't wait to come back.

Great menu ~ everything I have tried is delicious. The Angle Cake appetizer for restaurant week - is phenomenal! It needs to move to the regular menu. Very cozy and cool inside. Like the brick. Bartender was very friendly, attentive, and helpful with menu choices.

As big Cafe Joelle lovers, we were super excited to try out the new space. Finally, a larger restaurant rather than the hole in the wall! It's modern and trendy, definitely needed an upgrade!! We were a large party for my husband's birthday. Our waiter was on top of everything and fantastic. When I wasn't sure what wine I wanted, I was offered a sample which was definitely helpful. My penne alla vodka was great as always. Definitely a large dish and more than enough. My grilled calamari entree was awesome. It's like fried calamari but without the breading - definitely something cool to try. Can't wait to go back!

This was our first time trying Cafe Joelle. It came highly recommended by friends. We love the new location. The area you sit and wait for your table is so smart. I had a pear cocktail that was delicious. Our food was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves. The prices are also reasonable. Very open and friendly ambiance. We will return.

When I lived in the area this was my go to spot! They have great reliable food, a beautiful, romantic and clean atmosphere and they serve great portions. I always love their cesar salad with grilled chicken, the bruschetta is incredible and they always have great menus and fun drinks throughout different seasons. They make an amazing pina colada too! Miss living nearby and cant wait to go back soon. Perfect for date night, family dinners, special occasions!

I enjoyed my experience at Cage Joelle! It's a little hole in the wall in sayville but our server was great and the food was awesome! I got the apple and Brie salad which was very good but a little too light on the chicken and dressing it came with. The baked clams were phenomenal and my moms almond crusted chicken salad was delicious as well but also light on the dressing. It was very quiet when we were in there only about two other couples at tables but nonetheless they all seemed happy! Our server(s) we're great and I had a raspberry iced tea that transported me back to being a kid! So delicious! I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu, it's a little pricy but it is what it is.
